...and a Happy New Year's

Blarrrgghhh...well, here I am. First actual post. I'm so tiiirrreeddd...I just woke up 2 hours ago and it's like, what, 3:30? Hnnngggg....*shuffles under covers* But yes. First, I'd like to announce that this blog will be operated by three (mostly two) people, so expect different opinions and such. My friend Claudia may or may not agree to this (but I shall force her either way) and Rachel will HAVE to. One way or another. So there.
Well...um...I don't really know how to begin this blog off without sounding lame and It's obvious that I'm trying to avoid having people avoid me, so...um...well, I'm not going to do off any introductions to Homestuck, but rather just hop into random blathering about me and my Homestuck-ness. The others will do the same once I strap them to the computer chair to blog on here. All the real important stuff is coming soon-ish. Sooo...about me and Homestuck...hm...well, my favorite character overall is definatly Eridan, the fish troll, just because he has such a complex character story even though he was introduced so late into the story. I also think his hipster-ness is pretty sweet, despite his genocidal habits. My favorite kid has to be John, because of his precious derp-ness and I find his meek quality to be endearing. He also reminds me of myself at times. My favorite troll is, of course, Eridan (...gah...the hate mail will come in swarms...), but a close second is a triple tie with Gamzee, Karkat, and Tavros. Karkat because he's Karkat (his simple, practical character design is also surprisingly interesting for some reason; also the ever-ongoing "Pantskat" is hilarious) Gamzee because...*shrugs* hOnK :O) I don't know, he's just Gamzee. And Tavros for sure because he is the peanut butter to jelly Gamzee. They fit. They are perfect together, and nothing much more can be said. So, with Gamzee comes great responsibilty. And Tavros. That is all to be said on the matter. My favorite act is 1, call me a stickler for retro if you may, but despite the overall poor quality of it compared to other's, it was the beginning of it all. Come on guys, the beginning. That's a big deal. Also, that cake scene killed me (I'm usually into more indepth stories with an actual plot, but I found that strangely funny, and it hooked me. I don't know how. Don't ask, don't tell). Act 3 was okay, too. I think that's a good sum up of my likes and dislikes (I'll tell you now, I really, really dislike Cal. Like, too much to put into words. It scares the Faygo out of me every time. That face... O.o) , and I'll post again (or get someone else to) when I feel up to it. ~Abby
